When asked the question, what’s the first physical feature you notice on a girl, most douchebags don’t hesitate to answer with “boobs or ass.” But Connor Pennino, a junior at the University of Iowa, says the first thing he notices on a girl is her smile. Shocker, right? No, not really. This charming bachelor has a dream of becoming a dentist, so hopefully your parents invested in braces. Not only is he the ideal, laid back, no drama boyfriend, he’s also a genuine friend who never fails to tell you that you have spinach in your teeth…just kidding, to make you laugh.
Us: What is your major?
Connor: Biology/Pre-Dentistry
Us: Where do you see yourself in five years?
Connor: Hopefully fresh out of dental school getting my life started with a beautiful fiance and a little startup home in the Chicago suburbs.
Us: Describe your perfect girl:
Connor: My perfect girl would be about 5 foot 6 and brunette. She would also need to be someone that I could have fun with. Someone who understands my stupid sense of humor and isn’t afraid of the outdoors. If she doesn’t want to go fishing with me….that’s a deal breaker.
Us: Describe your perfect Date:
Connor: I’m not a huge fan of the cliche restaurant date. I would much rather stay home for the night and watch a funny movie on the couch with a bowl of popcorn. Preferably, I love you man.
Us: What’s your favorite chick flick?
Connor: Hands down Bridesmaids. Way funnier than I expected.
Us: Who is your celeb crush?
Connor: Natalie Portman is the sexiest woman on the planet.
Us: What’s your favorite feature on a girl?
Connor: My favorite feature on a girl would have to be her smile. It is the first thing I notice when I talk to a girl. Nothing ruins a first impression quicker than a Michael Strahan gap or a crooked fang. Eyes are a close second.
Us: Where could we find you downtown IC on the weekends?
Connor: On the weekends you can usually find me at The Vine playing darts in the back corner.
Us: If you stayed in and cooked a meal for a girl, what would you cook?
Connor: If I could cook one meal for a girl it would have to be a breakfast meal because there is nothing better than breakfast food when it’s not the morning. I would start it off with some waffles followed by an omelet, maybe a few slices of bacon, and a glass of OJ. But honestly I would much rather have a girl cook for me. I’m not trying to be sexist but I’ve never had a girlfriend who cooked for me so I think that would be amazing.
We don’t know about you, but he had us at pre-dental, and living in the suburbs with a beautiful fiance, and cuddling and popcorn, AND Bridesmaids, actually screw it, we loved everything about his interview. Knowing him since Middle School, we’ll both openly admit to having a crush on him at one point or another. So ladies, you better swoop in while you have the chance because knowing his impressive dart skills, he’ll get his bullseye in no time!
